Lifetime Warranty and Guarantee

Each ring is custom made to the specifications that you provide to us. We guarantee your ring to be the ring that you ordered, and free from any defects. If there is a problem with your ring upon delivery, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can replace it for you. We don’t rest until you are happy with your purchase!

Buy with confidence. All of our rings have a Lifetime Warranty. If your ring needs repair or refinishing, we will service it free of charge for the life of the ring.

Please note: Any alterations, size changes or engravings made by an outside party will void the warranty.

Production Lead Time

After payment is received and an accurate ring size is confirmed, your ring will be scheduled for production the next business day.

As we make every ring to order, they can take up to as much as 5 weeks to make.

Production time will be longer if you are sending in materials for use in making your ring.

Accurate Ring Sizing

We have found the majority of all ring exchanges are because the initial ring is too big. If you are not used to wearing a ring, then it is likely everything will feel too tight to start. However, getting the ring too loose will cause it to catch on something or possibly fall off and lose it. Because of this, we ask you to size your finger by the "Bend and Twist" method. Once you have a ring sizer over your knuckle, you should have a bit of "resistance" in taking it off. When taking a ring off you should bend your knuckle slightly and twist it. If you try to pull it straight back over your knuckle, it will catch the skin and not give an accurate size.

Because we cannot size you personally, we will make the ring in the size you provide to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to be certain of size before ordering. Please double check the options that you have selected on your ring before placing your order.

We suggest having your size checked at a reputable jewelry store or local jeweler. There is always the possibility of slight sizing discrepancies from jeweler to jeweler. We use United States/Canada Size as our sizing scale. Our sizing is set to International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

We do not recommend the use of online printable ring sizers. The safest option is to have your size checked at a reputable jewelry store or local jeweler.

We are also familiar with International and Foreign sizing. If you need help converting your sizes to US sizing, please contact us for instruction.


If you decide to return your ring for any reason, you must do so within 14 days of delivery. Once you have returned the ring, we will issue you one of two options:

  1. An in-store gift card credit for the full amount of your ring(s), minus any original shipping charges or rush charges (a refund cannot be issued for any remaining balance on the gift card, but the gift card never expires)
  2. A refund back to the original payment method minus a 25% restocking fee.

If there is an error on your order, we will remake the ring for you to the original ring ordered at no additional cost. Any errors on our part do not exclude the buyer from the Refund policies, but rather entitle them to a remake to the correct product ordered. Returned items must be in good condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The exchange/return policy only applies to the original ring, exchanged rings cannot be returned or exchanged again. We retain the right to refuse any exchange if we feel the policy is being abused.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please advise us of those changes within 24 hours of placing the order. For any order cancellations after 24 hours, there will be a 25% restocking fee. If you need to modify your order, please contact us via the contact page or email us at

Size Adjustments

If you need to change the size of your ring after you have received it, there is a Size Exchange Fee of $100. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If you need to do a Size Adjustment, please contact us via the contact page or email us at for instructions.

Style Exchanges

If you would like to change the style of your ring and you have already passed the 14 day return period, you can still do so, but there will be a 25% remake fee for the new ring. If your new ring is more expensive than your original ring, you will be responsible to pay that difference. You may only do a style exchange once. All rings will come with the standard Origin Logo engraved on the inside of the ring.

We reserve the right to reject any custom engraving text that uses offensive or discriminatory language. In the event that we cannot engrave your custom text, we will refund you for your engraving.


Our standard United States Shipping method is UPS. Shipments average 3-5 business days depending on location, from Utah. All of our orders are shipped with insurance.

For International customers the shipping method varies by destination. If you have a preferred shipping method, you may need to pay additional shipping costs. All International Rush Orders will also need to pay for additional International Shipping.

We charge a flat fee for shipping & handling for the first item and NO additional charges for combined items. For International orders, your parcel may take 6-15 business days to arrive. In some cases, it may take longer due to delays in customs. Customer is responsible for all taxes & duties.

Discounts and Promotions

We will honor any discount within 7 days of purchasing your ring, so if we start a sale a few days after you buy, just email us, and we can credit you back the discount amount.

There are no discounts on exchanges.
